In brief: Oral ulcers

I don't know of any viruses that cause all of these symptoms, but herpetic ulcers can be seen in the mouth and throat.
It is possible that ulcers can also be seen the esophagus. Esophageal ulcers could cause some chest discomfort. See your doctor.
