In brief: No
Fallopian tube cancer acts similar to, and is treated like ovarian cancer; albeit with a somewhat worse prognosis.
As with most cancers, the earlier it is diagnosed, the better the prognosis, although treatment for even disseminated disease has improved greatly.

In brief: Ovarian cancer
Fallopian tube cancer is the same as ovarian cancer and is treated by a gynecologic oncologist.
It is best treated by cytoreductive or staging surgery followed by chemotherapy in most cases.

In brief: Not exactly
Fallopian tubes are attached to the uterus and cancer of the fallopian tubes may affect the uterus.
However, cancer of the uterus is far commoner than cancer of the fallopian tubes and may spread to the fallopian tubes. Both organs develop cancer of the glandular tissue, i.e., adenocarcinoma.
