In brief: It depends

It depends on which teeth are missing and replaced by the partial denture.
On occasion the partil denture can be incorporated into the orthodontic treatment.

In brief: Ortho and ?

It depends upon what you mean by 'false teeth'.
Some people who have crowns on their natural teeth incorrectly refer to them as false teeth. If that's the case, absolutely. If you have none of your own natural teeth, as with full dentures, the answer is absolutely not. Lots of in-between scenarios and then possibly. Consult with your own dentist as to treatment options.

In brief: I'm stumped

Orthodontia is for moving natural teeth.
If someone has false teeth, there are no natural teeth for the braces to attach to. If the person has partial dentures, it may be possible to place braces, but i'm not sure of the benefit at that point. Please elaborate if i misunderstood your question.. All the best....
