In brief: Biliary trouble
The first condition that comes to mind is blockage of the normal bile drainage into the intestines due to either gall stones stuck in the common duct or a pancreatic or papillary tumor causing billirrubin to rise in the blood and showing up in the urine.
The presence of pain favors gall stones. Jaundice would be present.

In brief: One has
To rule out problems with liver and gall bladder that could cause dark urine and abdominal pain, kidney problems as well as a rare condition called porphyria that can go with dark urine and also abdominal pain.
I suggest go see a physician who should also examine you and run some tests. Good luck!
