Not common. To have low back pain with abdominal pain. Sure it happens, but when it occurs, it helps diagnose the cause. Usually though, back pain remains in your back, or travels into your leg. And abdominal pain remains in your abdomen. Back pain doesn't cause abdominal pain. The question should be related to the cause of the back pain, because certain causes of back pain also have abdominal pain.
