Abdomen pain, tender to touch for about a week, esp after eating. Bms seem normal. No nausea/vomiting. Burping has subsided. Some hunger after meals despite discomfort. Could this be an ulcer or what?

In brief: See a doc

Abdominal pain such as yours needs to be evaluated in person.
Advil (ibuprofen) and other nsaids can cause or worsen/complicate ulcers of the stomach, duodenum, and elsewhere in the gut. Other causes are possible. C md.

In brief: Many things

Cause abdiminal pains.
Need much more detailed medical history & physical exam. Where are the pains? When do they occur? What aggravates the pain or improves it? May need blood tests & sometimes radiology. See a doctor for a complete exam as it is too difficult to begin to guess here with limited information. Do this very soon if getting worse.

See the GI md right away. Can be many things, some of which can be serious. Go. Good luck.
