In brief: Facial fat

Small cannulas are used to remove fat selectively from areas in the face where it is not wanted such as under the chin.
Chin straps are then used to help the skin shrink so it doesn't sag. These may not be needed in the mid-face. More often we discourage fat removal in the face since it naturally disappears as one ages. Fat removal in the face can accelerate aging so be careful!

In brief: Very carefully

Volume is the essence of beauty in a woman's face.
Therefore, to maximize attractiveness, the right amount of volume in the right places is essential, n this situation lipo sculpture can be used to improve facial coutours. This can be done using local tumescent anaethesia with laser assisted or suction assisted or manual aspiration.

In brief: Facial lipo

Dr. Barnett answered quite nicely.
Unless some gross deformation, i would recommend against it.
