Why do women get breast implants? Is it a man reason in general?

In brief: Usually not.

For most women, breast augmentation is a personal choice wherein that woman feels that her quality of life would be enhanced.
It should not be done on the basis of trying to please anyone except the patient herself. She may end up pleasing her husband or partner as well, and that is okay, but that should not be the motivating factor.

In brief: No, no, no and no!

Short answer: to get bigger breasts.
Why would they want bigger breasts? To replace what never developed in the first place, what was lost after pregnancy, what was lost due to surgery, to have their "tops" match their "bottoms" so their clothes fit better, to improve sagging by filling up loose skin. Very few women want bigger breasts to please men and it is always a bad idea!

In brief: Maybe but not best

This may be one of the reasons but it is not the best.
Some women get it for women reasons. The best reason is to achieve realistic expectations and improve one's self confidence and esteem if this is a source of anxiety not accomplished by other non-surgical methods.

In brief: NO

Typically, it's to feel more feminine, to look better in clothes, to replace what post-pregnancy changes have taken away, and to feel more confident about their self-image.
It's not done for somebody else...

In brief: Reasons vary

Some are very self conscious and feel uncomfortable in their clothing.
Self-esteem is a common goal. Poor reasons do include 'catching a man' or 'saving a relationship', etc. Others have had surgery for breast problems, leading to asymmetry and difficulty in wearing clothing without showing. Some do it to gain more attention from others....Many individual reasons.
