Head-butt to left side of nose, instant headache, can't breathe out of right side. Is this a deviated septum?

In brief: Could be

What you are describing certainly sounds like it could be the result of a fractured septum. If happened recently, may be due to swelling, but either way, should be evaluated by a professional who does nasal surgery to rule out a septal hematoma (blood clot).
If untreated, can result in long term damage. Early intervention works best to treat most fractures.

In brief: Deviated septum

This can only be determined by physical examination.
Be sure to have your nose evaluated by a board certified otolaryngologist.

In brief: Fracture vs swelling

You might have sustained a fracture to the nasal bones and/or septum. Otherwise, you might have gotten lucky and just developed some swelling in the nose from the trauma.
You should seek a consultation with a plastic surgeon or ent.
