What does a "solitary cyst in the left kidney" and a "solitary enlarged uterus with focal adenomyosis" mean?

In brief: Ultrasound or MRI?
Usually nothing if you have no abnormal bleeding or pain.
An enlarged uterus can be normal after childbirth (dimensions?), and adenomyosis is simply endometrium (uterine lining) growing into the muscular layer (also called endometriosis interna). Both may be normal for you & can be followed by ultrasound along with your renal cyst. See your doc if you are having problems & good luck.
