Are you supposed to spread your high blood pressure meds throughout the day so not to lower the pressure too much at one time?

As prescribed. The best way to take your BP meds is as the doctor who prescribed them said to. It is helpful if all your BP meds are prescribed by the same doctor, to avoid serious problems.
Depends on the med. Depends on the medication and the half life. Some medications can be taken together as they have different absorption and release rates. Others will affect the body at about the same time and so should be spaced apart. Others such as beta-blockers may make a person feel tired and are better off taken int he evening or night.
