In brief: Dont' diet

I am the anti-diet doc.
Eating meat is o-k but everything has some limits. Lean meats, I am partial to those animals that are humanely treated and organically fed. Eating meat 2-3 times a week is perfectly alright. Try to eat fish, chicken, and vegetable protein--like soy, or various beans etc. Please do not diet; but change your eating pattern permanently. Enjoy "treat" foods when you desire.
