Could you get glaucoma while having peeipheral neuropathy, trig neuralgia, fibromyalgia, &cns inflammation?

Not related. Your diagnoses & symptoms are not causally related to glaucoma risk development. However, if you have other risk factors, such as increased intraocular pressure, positive family history of glaucoma, thin corneal thickness, african american ethnicity, & advancing age, you may develop glaucoma.
Unfortunately yes. There's no reason why you can't get multiple conditions at same time. There's no protective mechanism of any of above conditions against glaucoma. That's why it's important to see optometrist/ophthalmologist at least annually to screen for glaucoma.
