In brief: Yes

Hepatitis c can cause inflammation of blood vessels by a process called vasculitis.
This effects blood vessels, and depending on which vessels are involved inflammatory injury can occur. Since blood vessels go all over the body, there are potential changes throughout your body. Your physician can evaluate you to see if these changes are occurring. Fibromyalgia is not inflammatory process, and is not related directly to hepatitis c.

In brief: Yes

Hep. C virus has been implicated in a lot of various painful syndromes including neuropathy.
The mechanism of it is not well understood. Fibromyalgia is not caused by or linked to hep. C virus. In fact, all other potential diagnoses have to be ruled out first before the diagnosis of fibromyalgia can be established.
