If you don't remember getting bit, what are the Lyme symptoms to watch for?

In brief: Many & varied

Only half of those with lyme recall a tick bite; likely can be caused by other insect bites.
Bullseye rash often not seen, then flu-like symptoms, then migrating joint pains (often 1st in knees), fatigue, poor memory/concentration, can't find right word, blurred vision. Can cause virtually any symptom, often misdiagnosed as chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, arthritis, MS etc. See comment re: diagnosis.

Diagnosing Lyme is tricky; the standard screening test, ELISA, misses half or more. The standard Western Blot also misses many cases. I advise Western Blot by Igenex as best test. Please see http://www.ilads.org/lyme_disease/about_lyme.html for more info on diagnosis (and symptomatology)
