I'm on a diet, but today I've been bad. Does this still sound okay if im wanting to lose weight?

Hang in there. Remember you are not on a diet, you are changing your lifestyle and how you eat. It is perfectly normal for you to eat foods that are not healthy every once in a while and definitely in moderation. Make sure you don't have an all or none approach. Just concentrate on the important life style modifications and don't forget to exercise.
