In brief: Possibly
Houshold chores will most likely not be enough.
However if the daily exercise is a combination of aerobic and stretching for 30 to 45 minutes a day and at least 5 days a week that will help. It will hurt more when you start the exercise routine but essentially all studues show a decrease in pain at some point and still th emost beneficaial treatment for fm. Exercise will also lead to better sleep.

In brief: Fibromyalgia
Regular, persistent light activity and aerobic exercise are always part of the treatment plan for fibromyalgia.
They are not a complete cure for muscular pains, but they will confer substantial benefit on both your muscles and your mood.
