Could household chores and daily exercise enough to get rid of pain due to fibromyalgia. Please advise me.?

Possibly. Houshold chores will most likely not be enough. However if the daily exercise is a combination of aerobic and stretching for 30 to 45 minutes a day and at least 5 days a week that will help. It will hurt more when you start the exercise routine but essentially all studues show a decrease in pain at some point and still th emost beneficaial treatment for fm. Exercise will also lead to better sleep.
Fibromyalgia. Regular, persistent light activity and aerobic exercise are always part of the treatment plan for fibromyalgia. They are not a complete cure for muscular pains, but they will confer substantial benefit on both your muscles and your mood.
