In brief: Check thermometer?

I would try a different thermometer. Fevers are common with lymphoma.
Hypothermia can happen in very sick infants. Going out on a limb, problems with the hypothalamus (area of the brain) or thyroid could cause someone to have low body temperature. In theory, a lymphoma located in either of these areas could affect their function, but i would assume other symptoms as well.
