In brief: Uneven breasts
Every woman's breasts are slightly asymmetric.
Because of this babies may prefer one side over the other. Unfortunately, each breast reacts to its own personal stimulation so baby can rev up one side and wean down the other. You'll likely end up with a size differential if one breast makes 4 oz and the other only makes 1 oz. Try to keep things even if possible - a breast pump can help with this.

In brief: Lop-sided.
If you nurse exclusively from one breast, that breast will enlarge to produce all of the milk necessary for your growing infant.
The other breast will not. It will not hurt the baby to nurse on one side only. But you will most likely have asymmetrical breasts.
