Been having headaches, been getting much worse sleep than usual. Anxious & stressed. Can this be the cause? Or something sinister like gbm brain tumor?

In brief: Unlikely

A gbm tumour is pretty unlikely.
They usually don't present as headache. I would look elsewhere for the cause. Viral illness? Stress?

A zebra? It sounds like a horse to me.
Anxiety & stress can lead to headaches, musculoskeletal aches, & problems with sleep. Have you considered deep breathing exercises or progressive muscle relaxation to calm yourself? How about acupuncture, yoga or meditation? Make sure that you use excellent sleep hygiene. Retire & rise same time each day. Keep bedroom dark & cool & use only for sex & sleep.

Turn off tv. No naps. Exercise regularly but not in late evening. No caffeine for 6 hrs & no alcohol or tobacco w/i 2 hrs of sleep. Keep dinner moderate sized & finish at least 2 to 3 hrs before sleep. Can try warm milk, Chamomile tea or melatonin along w light reading, warm bath or lavender scent. Please let your therapist know that you are having a hard time. Take care.
