In brief: Please don't

I betcha even if you wanted to, you are going to have to stop to pee.
Regardless, you want to get out and stretch your legs every 1-1/2 hours or so.

Dr Villaplana is right on the mark. Pregnancy, for a variety of reasons may predispose to blood clots. Not only get out and stretch frequently, but flex and relax the muscles in your legs while you are riding in the vehicle. This will help to keep the blood in your veins moving properly.
