I had CT scan last year and it showed degeneration in c1-c6. Pt didn't help except traction. Constant itch/pins and needles on neck. Any help?

Some options.. Some generalized degeneration of the cervical spine in your 40's is not unusual. If pt has not been helpful i would recommend trying a reputable chiropractor, also acupuncture and a course of massage. These modes of therapy can be very helpful for chronic neck and back pain. If the nerve symptoms get worse, make sure to get this checked out.
Need additonal. Testing. Mri would be indicated for persitent cervical radiculopathy. Ct does not show disc protrusions well. I'm at a loss to explain the itch.
