In brief: BAVD is the most

Common congenital heart defect affecting adults.
Aortic valve have 2leaflets instead of 3. With time the valve will become nonfunctional due to calcium deposits. Symptoms of chest pain, dizziness or fainting, shortness of breath, palpitations depending on type of damage( stenosis vs regurgitation). You may be having premature ventricular contractions. I will recommend cardiology eval asap.

In brief: See below

No. This could be so many things and certainly may not be serious.
But, you should tell your cardiologist about these symptoms.
