I have a bad acne break out and my zits itch really badly and are getting bigger. Is it okay to pop them? They're driving me nuts. Am using benzaclin (clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide).

Acne isn't itchy. I suspect the itch is related to medication. Acne itself is generally not itchy. Popping pimples likely won't help you feel better, and will often impair healing. Sounds like maybe your anxiety is the main issue here. Skin picking is common in anxiety disorders, and will complicate acne. Talk to your doctor about different acne medicine and improving anxiety.
