In brief: No need for creams

Creams should hold and seal wounds.
Assuming the incision is clean dry and intact an uncovered a wound is fine with no dressing or need for creams.

Fully agree with the answer. Do not use any appointments, as it might macerate the skin. dry scabbing is best.

In brief: A different option

Please talk to your surgeon about acupuncture to accelerate healing of your elbow.
The acupuncture needles are not placed in the incision site but rather on the outer margins. This works quite effectivley.
