Passing air bubbles out of my urethra, with abdominal cramps & pressure. Yes I am 100% sure where the bubbles are coming out. What might be going on?

Pneumaturia. Gas in urine (pneumaturia) is commonly due to either a bladder infection with bacteria that make gas or a connection between intestine and urinary tract (bladder or ureter). This is called a fistula, most likely due to inflammatory bowel disease (crohn's, ulcerative colitis, or diverticulitis) or to prior surgery. You should have a urine culture first. If negative, ct scan is next step.
