In brief: Carpal/Tarsal Tunnel

If you are having tingling and pain in both wrists and ankles at same time, i would lean toward a nerve or arthritis disease.
It could also be a vitamin deficiency or a neuromuscular issue. You need to see your primary care physician for history and physical and testing (bloodwork and x-rays). From there your pcp may refer you to a specialist like a neurologist or rheumatologist.

In brief: Anything else?

If you are diabetic, or have rheumatoid arthritis or any of several other conditions - this might be related.
If it is sudden - it may have been related to a mild stroke. In any case, this is not nothing, especially if it is more than mild. So, it makes sense to have a good physical exam. Describe these any any other symptoms and history to help the doctor diagnose and treat. Good luck.
