What does this mean for the gallbladder from CT report: the liver, spleen, pancreas, etc are all normal. The gallbladder is identified?

In brief: Gallbladder seen

So they are saying that your gall bladder is still there (not removed).
There should have been another sentence or two stating whether the appearance of it was normal (no gallstones or wall thickening, etc.).

This means the gall bladder was seen on the ct scan.
