Hi there, I have ruptured my ACL and have a tear in my meniscus. I was wondering should my leg stiffen right up between rehab exercises? Thanks

Listen to your body. When muscles become stiff following exercise they usually are too stressed. The injury may be putting more of a strain on muscles not previously used . Topical magnesium oil on stiff muscles can help them relax. Doing shorter sessions can help. Learn the routines taught in rehab and do 10 minutes 4-6 times a day every day to rebuild muscles. Avoid inflammatory foods.
