In brief: Cold compresses

For the first 48 hours post surgery then moist heat application thereafter. For the most part, peri-orbital ecchymosis will need to just run its course and resolve.

In brief: Cold compresses

Bruised external eyes are common after oral surgery.
If your vision is good and unchanged use a cold compress for 5-10 minuted 3 times daily. It will make it more comfortable, but the cecum paid needs to run its course of 2-4 weeks. If your vision is decreased see an eye md.
