In brief: No

A murmur means we can heard blood flow through your heart with a stethoscope.
This may be a normal heart, or may be associated with a heart valve that is either narrowed or leaking. This is not related to heart attack, which is caused by obstruction in a coronary artery.

In brief: No

Murmurs in young patient are mostly physiological type without any consequences.
If you don't have any symptoms like chest pain, shortness of breath, loss of consciousness with activities you are probably ok. A good internal medicine physician will auscultate you and decide if you need further evaluation with an 2d echocardiogram. Good luck.
