I'm taking a supplement called fertility blend (iherb), some prenatals, B6 and b12. Is this too much vitamins? Can it be harmful to take this much?

Vitamin A. Vitamin a is really the only vitamin that you can take too much of. No more than 5, 000 iu a day. Interesting, a lot of women when tested are vitamin d deficient, that's one you might want to take more of. The best way to get vitamins and minerals, though, is in your diet, so really working to have a balanced and healthy diet is much better than taking supplements. Good luck!
