Depends . Cleocin (clindamycin phosphate) is a medical cream containing the antibiotic clindamycin. It requires a physician's perscription. If placed at bedtime, it is not unusual for some to liquefy abd drain upon standing in the morning. To avoid excess drainage try to place high in the canal.
