In brief: No

You shouln't lose sensitivity in the first place unless penile nerves were cut.
Main nerve supply to penis is via the dorsal neurovascular bundles which run along the penis in the 2 & 10 o'clock positions deep under penile skin. These nerves should not be injured during circumcision. Circumcision was not performed correctly if any of your penis remains numb after surgery.

If anything, most adult men who have circumcisions performed report a short increase in sensitivity to the head of the penis that is now uncovered because of the loss of the foreskin.
