In brief: Depends

It depends on what's causing the toothache.
If the toothache is related to infection, possibly. However, Cipro (ciprofloxacin) would not be my 1st choice.

In brief: You can...

... But it probably won't help you at all.
This antibiotic is normally not used for dental infections, so taking it probably won't do a thing. Secondly, how do you know you have an infection? Because your tooth hurts? You may have a deep cavity, but no infection, so again it will not help. Please don't self medicate... Call a dentist in your area for treatment and feel better soon.
