What causes hip and low back pain with these symptoms: shoulder and neck continuous pain and cracking?

Spine Pain Options. This chronic pain in the distribution as you suggested is the result of an irritated nerve or facet joints or other injury typically in the lumbar spine (low back) which are caused by herniated disks, spinal stenosis or degenerative disc disease, etc requiring further evaluation by a spine specialist and may be candidate for facet injections/radiofrequency ablation and epidural steroid injection.
Unrelated. The hip/low back and the shoulder/neck problems are 2 unrelated conditions. The only possible relation would be if you have degeneration (aging changes, also called arthritis) which is affecting both areas. In fact, the pain/cracking you are describing is usually caused by degeneration. The best treatment is conservative - physical therapy, increased activity, regular exercise, diet, etc.
Best Non-Invasive. It sounds as if posture and biomechanics have been off for a while such that joints pain and cracking is noted. It would be wise to start conservatively with chiropractic and rehab. If these conditions do not resolve, pain management procedures such as facet injections may be necessary.
Deconditioning? Muscle deconditioning is the most likely cause. Pain and cracking in the locations you describe are often seen in people with low overall fitness/strength (sedentary lifestyle). Getting regular isometric strengthening exercises may help. If it's in a fit - muscular person, see your doc for a physical exam to find out.

Have CKD stage 3-Had UTI 1 mth ago went fine, now bad hip and low back pain goes up to the neck no swelling or fever, could be related to my kidneys?

Too complicated . . Your symptoms may or may not be related. However, since you have CKD at the age of 48 yrs, I would anticipate that you have other medical problems as well. Unfortunately, this is really not the correct forum to try to tease out the cause of your symptoms-I would expect that you already have a Nephrologist as well as an internist/family doctor. PLEASE contact them for further evaluation. Best of luck. Read more...

Whiplash from MVA 10dy ago. I have 2 bulging disc in neck. Neck pain unbearable. New rt shoulder & low back pain. Should I b in so much pain? Long 4

Comments. You need to have supervision from a rehab doc and you will benefit from a combination of physical therapy, massage, and acupuncture. Too soon to say if you have injured shoulder joint, brachial plexus, or sacroiliac joint, but all could occur from a MVA. Find experienced specialty care, this is NOT an area for a generalist. Low back pain. I would recommend you get evaluated for this. Because of the chronicity, multiple areas, and the major pain that you describe in your sleep this may imply many things of which require good history, exam, and diagnostic work up such as x-rays and mri.
