Which are the work activities most risky for hand-wrist tendonitis?

Repetitive motion. Wrist and hand tendonitis occurs with repetitive motion activities. This would include those that do prolonged typing, dental hygienists, factory workers, grocery store checkers, hair stylists, and others who use their hands frequently and repetitively.
Repetitive motions. Typing in a poor position, waitress or bar tending with constant lifting and carrying, being a mom and carrying around and lifting your young child, constant repetitive hand movements.
