Go to ER. I can't tell how long ago you posted this question but sudden onset of weakness needs to be evaluated immediately in ER for possible stroke. Remember FAST for Face, Arm, Speech & Time (http://www.stroke.org/understand-stroke/recognizing-stroke/act-fast). Chest pain w/radiation down left arm & up into jaw is worrisome for heart attack. Get it checked out. Chest and left arm pain should always be taken seriously. Given your young age coronary issues are unlikely, but other things (like pericarditis, myocarditis, hypertension) need to be ruled out. It could be musculoskeletal (likely if related to certain movements or reproducible). Pulmonary or pleuritic causes should be considered (especially if short of breat or pain on inspiration).
