1 doctor agrees

In brief: Not likely

Kyphosis (scheuermann's disease) is a curving of the spine that causes a bowing or rounding of the back, which leads to a hunchback or slouching posture.
..Basically scoliosis of the thoracic spine. This does not cause night sweat! severe kyphosis is a risk factor for pneumonia etcc...Which can cause night sweat, among other things. If you have night sweats, consult your doc. Good luck.

same thing...type2 starts when you are young...often more severe form of it. Still, this should not cause nightsweat. Consult your doc for further eval if the nightsweat is not going away. Good luck

How old are you? are you on any medicine--actually meds can do that and some meds can help with controlling night sweats.
