How do I get rid of really dry skin on my face it's peeling. Please help?

Exfoliate + Moisture. The simplest way to improve flaking skin is by using an exfoliant, either physical (microbeads) or chemical (lactic or glycolic acid). You can do a chemical peel, microderm abrasion or laser resurfacing to start and then maintain with 2-3 times a week exfoliation at home and then one of the more aggressive ways every 3-6 months depending on your skin. Also use a good emollient moisturizer.
