Do breathe right strips work for snoring?

R/O OSA. Occasionally, you need OSA EVAL. Excess snoring/daytime sleepiness/apneic episodes/ aM headaches. And the Exam obesity/small oral airway/collar size>18. The definitive test is a PSG with split night/CPAP titration. I would request copy of sleep study and get a second opinion if you are not satisfied with the options. You are young CPAP can be difficult to tolerate. ENT FOR UPP EVA.
No, but ok to use. Usingng breath right strips can open your nostrils for more air flow, but it's not going to change the snoring. Snoring occurs as a result of an obstruction in your throat, not your outer nose. Consider a sleep study to determine if you have sleep apnea. This can be a more serious problem.
