In brief: Reactive airway

Your airways including the nose probably is highly sensitive and thus you having reactions to these irritants.
Obviously the treatment for this is avoiding such environment, but at times not practical or possible. Thus, some preventions and treatments maybe needed. Talk to your doc for eval...Possible med for allergies/reactive airway diseases etc... Good luck.

In brief: Many

You should see your family doctor, as there are many choices.
At the least, some kind of allergy medication, and possibly an inhaler. Your symptoms will likely improve with one or several medications.
