In brief: Ask your allergist
Each allergy office has its own recommendations regarding when to stop antihistamines before skin testing.
At our office those taken more than once a day are stopped 48 hours before testing. Antihistamines taken daily are stopped 7 days before testing.

In brief: ALLERGY TEST
The makers of Claritin (loratadine) ANS Clarinex advice that you stop the pills 6 days prior to allergy tasting.
So i will say it is safe to stop all allergy medicines includind steroids if that has also been prescribed 6 days before you are scheduled for allergy testing throgh the skin testing route. But you are having rast test which is blood test then you need not stop the allergy medicine.

In brief: Ask
Ask your physician who is ordering the test.
Some testing requires time off medications, other testing does not.
