In brief: Ask your doctor

For some individuals using a combinations of medications allows them to maximize therapeutic benefit with minimizing dose dependent side effects .
But for most of us "less is more". While it may be advisable to simplify your meds the specific choice and how to change the regimen requires a shared decision plan between you and your doctor.

In brief: Meds

Without knowing much information, Cymbalta (duloxetine) and Remeron work in a similar fashion on serotonin and norepiphrenin, if you are sleeping fine taking away Remeron may not be a bad idea as it can cause orthostatsis and falls and palpitations.
However i dont know your history please consult your md, this is just a guess.
