In brief: Proctalgia fugax?CMD

Could be spasm of pelvis muscles (proctalgia fugax), but could also be due to other things including pinched nerve, intrinsic bowel diseases including tumors, gyn issues (ovarian cysts, masses, endometriosis, etc).
See your doc.

In brief: Proctalgia fugax?

Can't be for sure, but this could be: proctalgia fugax (or levator syndrome, also known as anal cold) is a severe, episodic, rectal and sacrococcygeal pain.
It can be caused by cramp of the pubococcygeus or levator ani muscles--the mucles on the floor of your butt/rectum. I would advised checking with your doc to make sure no other illness. Treatment is few, but may help. Good luck.
