16 yr old son, 2 major hip surgeries same day. On aspirin and lyrica, & tylenol (acetaminophen). Since home has had bad anxiety/anger which never had before. Advice?

Contact your doctor. As soon as possible. If necessary, contact the hospital where the surgery was and see if you can talk to the doctor on call for the type of surgery he had. This could be a side effect of the medicine or anesthetic. You need to find a reason for the behavior change. Is he in pain or feel out of control (because he cannot move around post surgery)? That may also be playing a role.

Side effects. This could be lyrica (pregabalin)... Or his pain is not being well controlled. I would call the surgeon on call.
