In brief: Hand pain

Sometimes this can be associated with the epilepsy, but if it is more like a problem perhaps from the elbow down to the outside border of the hand, called cubical tunnel syndrome, or compression of the ulnar nerve on the inside of the elbow.
Especially is your arm/elbow is laying down a lot, or you have this symptom at night and wakes u up... That's probably it... Go see ur doc to have it tested.
