In brief: Possible systemic

Unless you have recently changed your toothpaste or mouth rinse it may be a sign of a systemic problem. You might try a tooth paste like spry children's tooth paste.
. It has nothing harsh in it.. Get it a health food store.. Otherwise see a physician or dentist specializing in oral medicine.

In brief: Need exam

It is hard ot say exactly what is causing your symptoms.
Aer there any rashes or outbreaks anywhere else? You may have an allergy to your toothpaste , mouthwash or food. Posible virus or a systemic infection. See your dentist or oral surgeon for an evaluation.

In brief: Raw lips and gums

It's possible you may a viral infection called acute herpetic gingivostomatitis.
This causes acute, painful ulcerations of the lips and gums. As with any viral infection, it runs it's course in 7-10 days. You should see your dentist for a definitive diagnosis, and for suggestions on how to treat the ulcers and control any pain.
