In brief: Regular food

By 2 years of age your child should be eating the same foods you eat, unless she is developmentally delayed.
You just have to be cautious with foods that increase risk for choking: http://www.Askdrsears.Com/topics/feeding-infants-toddlers/chokable-foods.

In brief: Steamed vegetables

If not already eating, add a new vegetable or fruit, every couple of weeks that are steamed.
By separating the different vegetables out you will know if there are allergies. The older the child gets the less the vegetables have to be cooked so the fiber content stays higher.
