In brief: Possible surgery

Symptomatic labral tears need surgery to get them to heal.
Surgery is done arthroscopically. In young patients under 30-35, there is a high success rate. Older patients may need to have the biceps tendon moved to outside the shoulder (biceps tenodesis). Early healing is 6 weeks, and full healing is 6months. Good luck.

In brief: Depends

It all depends on the recomandation of orthopedic doctor. It is very difficult to predict when and how from my perspective.
Best advice is to see a specialist asap and follow indications. Best of luck!
